If your ScanSnap is correctly installed on your client station you must see once appearing the scanner connected an icon in your bar of the Windows tasks. Do right clicks on this icon, then click on parameters. You should see appearing the screen of parameter setting of the scanner.

Click on Add or removing. Then to click on Add…

Put the desired name of application then to click on traversing.

Select Maarchscansnapconnectorv2.exe present in the installation directory of Maarch ScanSnap Connector V2.

Then define the selected application of the scanner with that which you have just added. Once this stage carried out it is now necessary to define the exit images directory of the scanner. It is necessary that this last corresponds to the repertory initialized in the config.ini file of Maarch ScanSnap Connector (view paragraph 2.1). It is necessary to click on the Registration file tab, browse then to select the adequate file.

Once these stages carried out, your platform of digitalization is ready to function. At the time of the digitalization of a document, the Maarch LetterBox application will launch out and present to you a screen of indexing with the digitized image.
