• The chart on the home page can be disabled (generation takes too long if a lot of mail are recorded)

• Possibility to put folders on hold
• Mail qualification for mass import
• Multi-entity: departments can be attached to higher entities
• Search form: several fields hav been added (multi-criteria, comments, processing notes, ...)

• A folder's processing deadline can be modified joining a new piece of mail to it.

Security Fixes :

• The status of a folder is tested when opening its processing form (it means a closed folder cannot be processed any more)
• Documents types cannot be deleted if any mail exists with this type. Those mail must be reassigned first.
• Indexing rights were not verified while indexing from ScanSnap Connector or from Maarch Virtual Printer.
• Mail reassignment to disabled users is not possible anymore
• Search results could on some condition display non authorized documents
• A factorisation bug occurred in search results
• Deletion rights were not tested in baskets
• Bugs in CSV export
• A folder's indices cannot be modified once it is closed

Fixes for detailed forms :

• Opening answers and attachments from detailed forms was not allowed
• Having modification rights, department list was not filtered according to the user's right
• Mail detailed form: document type was not displayed when the user had modification rights

Usability fixes :

• Combo box are now sorted alphabetically
• Several display bugs, especially for Internet Explorer, are now fixed
• Indexing form for outgoing mail: user names are displayed instead of identifiers
• custom_t3 and custom_t4 where inverted while recording outgoing mail
• Saving search queries was not possible under Internet Explorer

Other fixes :

• Filters in templates admin were not functional
• Processing deadlines did not change with document types in indexing forms
• First login page: the user cannot set or correct his/her role
• Reassignment configuration in basket admin was problematic with Internet Explorer 6
• "view on the table" of outgoing mail basket is fixed
